Penny is the first strategic digital advertising app for real estate agents fully integrated with Google, Facebook and Instagram platforms. As a co-founder of the company, I established our social media presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.

Developed a tiered strategy to grow the brand’s following and increase engagement
Established creative direction for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube content
Managed creative content across all platforms using Later software
Reported on KPIs monthly
Designed templated graphics for social posts and digital advertisements for team
Conducted market research by connecting with new followers
Hired social media intern and trained with formalized social media and photography guidelines
