Social Media Strategy for Penny App

Penny is the first strategic digital advertising app for real estate agents fully integrated with Google, Facebook and Instagram platforms. As a co-founder of the company, I established our social media presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.

Role: Co-Founder, Brand Builder & Design Lead

Tools: Later (Social Media Scheduler), Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

Responsibilities:

  • Developed a tiered strategy to grow the brand’s following and increase engagement

  • Established creative direction for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube content

  • Managed creative content across all platforms using Later software

  • Reported on KPIs monthly

  • Designed templated graphics for social posts and digital advertisements for team 

  • Conducted market research by connecting with new followers

  • Hired social media intern and trained with formalized social media and photography guidelines
